The process for canceling your subscription or requesting a refund depends on where you made your purchase.
LanGeek subscriptions can be purchased in three different ways:

  1. Directly on the LanGeek website

  2. Through the Google Play Store (Android)

  3. Through the Apple App Store (iOS)

Below you’ll find detailed instructions for each option.

How to cancel your subscription

  1. Log in to your LanGeek account on our website.

  2. Click on your avatar in the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. From the menu, select Billing.

  4. You will see your active subscription listed there.

  5. Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Once canceled, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and it will not renew automatically afterward.

How to request a refund

If you purchased your subscription directly from the LanGeek website, refund requests are handled by our support team.

  • According to our refund policy, if you contact us within 7 days of your purchase, you can receive a full refund—no explanation needed.

  • Simply send us a message through our Contact Us page or email our support team, and include the email address you used to sign in to LanGeek.

  • If more than 7 days have passed, refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances outlined in our refund policy.


📱 If you purchased your subscription through Google Play (Android)

How to cancel your subscription

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.

  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.

  3. Select Payments and subscriptionsSubscriptions.

  4. Find LanGeek in your list of subscriptions.

  5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

How to request a refund

Refunds for purchases made on Google Play are managed by Google, not LanGeek directly.

To request a refund:

  1. Visit the Google Play refund request page: play.google.com

  2. Find your LanGeek purchase and click Request a refund.

  3. Follow Google’s instructions to submit your request.

If your refund request is denied by Google or you encounter any issues, you can contact LanGeek support with proof of purchase, and we’ll do our best to assist you.


🍎 If you purchased your subscription through Apple App Store (iOS)

How to cancel your subscription

  1. Open your Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Tap your name at the top, then select Subscriptions.

  3. Find LanGeek in the list of active subscriptions.

  4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Your subscription will continue until the end of the billing period, after which it will stop renewing.

How to request a refund

All App Store payments and refunds are managed by Apple. LanGeek cannot issue refunds directly for these purchases.

To request a refund:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

  2. Find your LanGeek transaction in the list.

  3. Select Request a refund, choose a reason (for example, “Accidental purchase”), and submit your request.

If your refund request is not approved or you experience technical issues, please contact LanGeek support with your Apple receipt or order ID, and we’ll help guide you through the next steps.
