  1. Duration of Refund Eligibility:
    • Users are eligible for a full refund within the first week of their initial purchase, no questions asked.
    • For users facing legitimate issues that significantly impact their learning experience, we offer a three-month refund period.
  2. Refund Process:
    • Website Purchases:
      • Users who purchased a plan directly from our website should send an email to info@langeek.co requesting a refund.
      • Along with the refund request, users should provide the email address they used to sign in to the LanGeek platform.
    • App Market Purchases:
      • Users who made their purchase through app stores (such as the App Store or Google Play Store) should follow the refund process specified by the respective market.
    • Once a refund request is received, our team will review and approve it.
    • Refunds may take up to two working weeks to be processed and reflected in the user’s account.
    • After a user receives a full refund, LanGeek reserves the right to delete all information they created using a premium plan to prevent abuse.
  3. Partial Refunds:
    • We do not offer partial refunds. Refunds are processed in full.
  4. Cancellation Policy:
    • Subscriptions purchased directly on our website are not auto-renewable. Users have full control over their subscription duration.
    • For subscriptions obtained through app markets, the cancellation process follows the policies set by those markets.
    • Canceling a subscription does not affect a user’s premium account status, as long as the subscription has not expired.
