Yes, there is a limit of 50 licenses per purchase. If you require more licenses, you can make multiple purchases of separate bundles.
Once the purchase is completed, you will receive an email containing a list of gift codes. Additionally, the codes will be available on your billing page in your LanGeek profile. This page will also display which codes have been redeemed and by whom.
Yes, users who redeem the licenses receive the exact same premium features as individual subscribers. There is no difference in the level of benefits.
No, once a license is redeemed, it is permanently linked to the user’s account for the duration of the subscription. It cannot be transferred to another user.
Refunds are only available for the entire bundle, provided no gift codes have been redeemed. Individual licenses within a bundle cannot be refunded. However, unused gift codes do not expire and can be redeemed at a later date.
No, it is not possible to add licenses to an existing bundle. If you need additional licenses, you will need to purchase a new bundle, which will be priced separately.
The discount only applies to the initial purchase. If you buy a new bundle later, the discount will apply based on the number of licenses. However, individual gift codes cannot be renewed with the discounted rate.
All licenses in a bundle are billed together, and a single invoice is issued to the buyer. The invoice covers the total cost of the purchase.
Partial cancellations are not allowed. If you want a refund, it must be for the entire bundle, and only if no licenses in the bundle have been redeemed.
